Mac n Cheese Topped with Sticky Honey Salmon

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200C.

Step 2

Pop your pasta on to boil.

120 g Macaroni

Step 3

Once cooked, add the cream cheese to a heated pan along with the pasta water and cream.

30 g Cream cheese

100 ml Pasta water

30 g Double light cream

Step 4

Add a tsp of garlic powder, onion granules and a pinch of salt and pepper then leave to simmer for a couple of minutes on a medium heat before mixing in your cheddar and mozzarella.

2 tsp Garlic powder

2 tsp Onion granules

1 pinch Salt

1 pinch Pepper

20 g Light cheddar cheese

20 g Mozzarella

Step 5

Once melted, add in your drained cooked pasta and mix until well combined. Add your pasta to ovenproof dishes then pop in the oven for 15 minutes until the top is golden.

Step 6

Meanwhile, add your salmon chunks to a pan along with the remaining seasonings then cook until golden.

2 Salmon fillets

Step 7

Drizzle over your honey, sweet chilli and soy sauce then mix until well combined. Leave to simmer for a couple of minutes then serve on top of your mac n cheese then enjoy!!
