Sheet Pan Protein Pancakes

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 170C.

Step 2

Add all of your ingredients to a bowl and mix until fully combined.

2 Banana

2 Egg

1 splash Almond milk

2 tbsp Oat flour

2 tbsp Plain flour

50 g Protein powder

1 tsp Baking powder

1 tbsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Vanilla extract

Step 3

Pour into a lined baking dish then add your toppings of choice, I used berries and chocolate chips.

Step 4

Place into the oven for 25-30 minutes, once cooked leave to cool for 10 minutes before slicing up. You can even serve this with some yoghurt and a drizzle of syrup or nut butter!
