Turn cooking mode on
Step 1
Heat the oil in a frying pan then add the diced onion and carrot. Fry for a couple of minutes on a medium heat until they start to soften then add in your beef mince and cook until slightly browned. Season with garlic powder, onion granules, mixed herbs and a pinch of salt & pepper then add in your tomato puree, beef stock, chopped tomatoes and worcestershire sauce. Cover and leave to simmer for around 5 minutes.

Had to use fresh tomatoes (which I’ve never done before) but turned out so good! I can’t cook a normal lasagne to save my life but I love this recipe!
