Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add the oats and boiling water into a mixing bowl. Allow to sit for 15 minutes as this allows the oats to soften a bit.

300 g Rolled oats

450 ml Boiling water

Step 2

Meanwhile, mash the banana in a separate bowl until as smooth as possible. Stir in the syrup and protein powder.

Sugar free golden syrup

30 g Vanilla protein powder

Step 3

Pour this mixture over the softened oats.

Step 4

Add the remaining ingredients into the bowl and stir to combine.

1 tbsp Cinnamon

150 g Frozen blueberries

45 g Dark chocolate

150 ml Almond milk

Step 5

Pour the oat mixture into a baking pan. Top with extra dark chocolate or more blueberries if desired.

Step 6

Bake at 170 C for 30-35 minutes.

Step 7

Allow to cool slightly, then cut into squares and enjoy.
