Cheeseburger Folded Wrap

These are so easy to make and taste like an absolute treat!! Perfect if you're looking for a fakeaway style dinner but without all the faff!!

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add your sliced onion to a pan then cook for a few minutes on a medium heat before drizzling in your honey. Cook for a few more minutes until golden then remove from the pan and pop to the side.

1/4 Brown onion

1 tsp Honey

Next, add your beef mince to the pan and season with a pinch of salt, pepper, onion granules and garlic powder then cook until completely brown. Pour in your beef stock and leave to simmer on a low heat for a few minutes until thickened.

100 g 5% beef mince

50ml Beef stock

Step 3

Meanwhile, grab a bowl or ramekin and mix together your ketchup and mayo to create your burger sauce.

1 tsp Ketchup

1 tsp Mayonnaise

Step 4

Grab a tortilla wrap then cut a line from the centre straight down. Add your cheese slices to the first quarter of the wrap, then another quarter with your beef mixture, a quarter with your onions and the final quarter with your burger sauce.

Step 5

Fold each section over itself then add to a heated pan and cook on a medium heat on both sides until golden and crispy then enjoy!!
