Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Slice your potato into 1cm-thick batons, spray with some frylight and season with your paprika, garlic powder, paprika, mixed herbs, salt & pepper then place into the airfryer or oven for 25-30 minutes at 180C until golden and crispy.

400 g Potato

1 pinch Garlic powder

1 pinch Paprika

1 pinch Mixed herbs

1 pinch Salt

1 pinch Pepper

Step 2

Meanwhile, put your pan on a medium heat then add your beef mince and fry for around 5 minutes before adding your taco seasoning then continue to cook until brown and cooked through.

250 g Lean 5% beef mince

2 tbsp Taco seasoning

Step 3

Once your fries are cooked, top with your beef mince and mozzeralla then pop in the microwave for 60 seconds to melt the cheese and finally add your lettuce, diced tomatoes, smashed avocado and cream cheese then finish with a sprinkle of rocket and enjoy!
