Chocolate Weetabix Cheesecake

These are the perfect breakfast or sweet snack! They take just 5 minutes to prep and are ready in just a few hours or leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day!

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add 2 weetabix into a jar or container with 50ml milk then crush and flatten using the back of a spoon.

4 Weetabix

100 ml Milk

Step 2

Grab a bowl and mix together your yoghurt and protein powder then spoon your mixture onto your weetabix base.

400 g 0% greek yoghurt

25 g Chocolate protein powder

Step 3

Melt your protein spread then drizzle this over your yoghurt layer before topping with a strawberry. Pop in the fridge for a few hours or overnight then enjoy!

My chocolate definitely doesn’t look like the picture (hidden under fruit) 🤣 but so good!! I subbed strawberries for raspberries as that’s what I had.
